The design is inspired by the school’s themes - those that resonate with every Hoya everywhere despite the current virtual barrier. Laura Marin, our creative director, is the author of the canvas painting that was transformed into this piece. In her painting process, she collaborated with her sister Ana Lucia, our corporate director and a senior at Georgetown, to portray the feelings of belonging, appreciation and positivity - those that honor the spirit of the Hilltop.
