Shipping & Returns

Founded by mother & daughters, Clemente is a Panamanian design concept that reflects the style and life philosophy of its co-founders. Originally specialized in pañuelos, the brand is now expanding to offer a broader spectrum of lifestyle pieces that adhere to its art-centered and sustainable-versatility approach. All designs are originally painted on canvas by our Creative Director, and then tailored to unique pieces that reflect our deepest values.

Shipping

Clemente offers national and international shipping. 

Local shipping Panama City – US$0

Local shipping Panama (Interior) – US$7

International shipping – US $15.00

Local Orders

National shippings take between 2-4 business days. If your delivery address is located outside of Panama City, you will receive your order at the UnoExpress store of your preference, you must include the UnoExpress store in your delivery address at the checkout page.

International Orders

International orders will be processed, prepared and dispatched by Clemente. International shipments (outside of Panama) take 5-7 business days. The package will be sent via a third-party contractor such as DHL or FedEx. Once the order has been shipped by this third party, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping 

Clemente delivers your order to the provided address. If misspelled or inserted wrong please note we are not responsible. In this case, we are not able to replace, ship again, refund or give store credit.

All taxes generated by importing Clemente into foreign countries must be assumed by the recipient. Clemente is not responsible for those additional costs (custom taxes, courier expenses, etc).

If your order is a gift, we kindly ask you to let us know in our “gift” textbox.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your shipping details and tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment online.

Exchanges

Clemente does not offer a direct exchange at this time. For assistance with this please contact client services.

Returns or Refunds

Clemente does not accept returns or refunds. We make exceptions if the item you ordered came defective or damaged. In the case that a defective piece was received, the situation must be reported via email to hello@clementeconcept.com within a 7 day period upon receiving the product. After reviewing the report, our team will either replace your product with a new one, provide an online store credit, another similar product or refund.

Conditions for Particular Items

Swimwear: we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of swimwear.

Scarfs: Our pañuelos are cut by hand, therefore the length won't always be exactly as described in our website, it may be a few millimeters longer or shorter.

Canceling your Order

Clemente does not allow the possibility of canceling your order. If you have a particular request, within a 24 hours period after receiving our confirmation email, you can get in touch with us and we will kindly assist you.

Fortuitous Event
Clemente is not responsible for any package that has been lost, damaged, delayed packages, or non-compliance with shipments made by third parties. The customer of Clemente consents to this, the moment it processes an order. If there has been a delay in your order we can reach out to the third party contractor and do a follow up with your order.
